700,000 containers per year when at capacity. Rochelle is home to Illinois Wind Energy's ethanol
plant, due to begin production in early 2007. At capacity, the facility is expected produce 50 million
gallons of denatured alcohol. In addition, Rochelle boasts the following advantages:
