Industrial Commercial Realty and Investment Corporation is an Illinois
licensed Real Estate Broker. It was founded by John Schutzius to provide
commercial brokerage services to owners, tenants and investors of
industrial, commercial, or investment properties in the western suburbs of
Chicago, the Fox Valley, and North-central Illinois.
We are unique in that we use face-to-face marketing, maintaining the
personal touch while also utilizing technology to market properties or
identify prospective sites. There is no substitute for personal contact with
our clients, prospective clients, fellow brokers, economic development
corporation staff, appraisers, lenders, and others involved in the

Commercial Real Estate. John has over 20 years Sales and Technical experience in the
Real Estate, Information Technology, Insurance, Petroleum and Steel industries. He
brings a broad set of skills and experience to Commercial Real Estate and Investing,
including International business experience, functional fluency in Mandarin Chinese, and
strong financial skills. He is a member of the Norther Illinois Commercial Association of
Realtors (NICAR).
